Vivek spent his early years in the Indian Navy after getting a master’s degree in Electrical/ Weapons Engineering from the Naval College Of Engineering in India.
Vivek got his MBA with a focus on Technology management and Entrepreneurship from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Upon completion, he joined United Technologies in their Corporate Technology Strategy group. He left UTC as the associate-director of that group, and came to join a start-up in the Silicon Valley in 1999.
Since 1999, Vivek has been a part of the software start-up eco-system in the Silicon Valley and Australia (Octane, Epiphany) and later in India and Japan (Mobile Software, Gaming, Mobile Services, VAS, Audio Streaming services) in various capacities from UI/UX and product design, global business development and leadership. Noam is an Emmy award winner and an writer/producer, marketing executive, digital strategist and cross platform content expert and educator, Mr. Dromi regularly works with leading media companies, consumer brands and NGOs.

He is a scientist, a software engineer, economist, artist, social psychologist, and a fintech revolutionary.
He has spent the last 20 years working to address issues related to social justice and climate change using and now is combining blockchain, DLT and artificial intelligence to construct a new financial system, one that values people, the environment, and scientific advancement.
He holds a Masters degree in International Development Economics from St. Marys University. Justin completed his PhD in 2013 at WSU.
